At Jumpstart Rx, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

Initial Consultation Refund: If you cancel your order before your initial medical consultation, you are eligible for a full refund minus any incurred costs (e.g., medical consultations, insurance verification, lab work).

Non-Qualification for Medication: If, during the consultation, it is determined that you do not clinically qualify for the prescribed weight loss medication, you are eligible for a refund of the consultation fee minus any incurred costs.

Unused Medication: Once medication is dispensed, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Insurance and Medication Costs: If you are clinically eligible for a medication but your insurance does not cover the cost, you may choose not to proceed with the purchase. In this case, you will only be responsible for the consultation fee.

Please note that all costs incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Misrepresentation of eligibility, including inaccurate medical history or BMI, disqualifies eligibility for a refund.
