Order Processing: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-3 business days. Please note that this estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and potential unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods: We use reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your medication. All packages are shipped discreetly to protect your privacy.

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Signature Requirement: For your safety and to comply with regulations, all medication deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for your package, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your medication.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Refrigerated Medications: If your prescribed medication requires refrigeration, we use specialized packaging to maintain proper temperature during transit. Please refrigerate your medication immediately upon receipt.
